The principal directions of the activities effected by the Rostov EXPO Exhibition Center are conduct and organization of exhibition and congress events, forums, contests, festivals in the field of culture, education and health-care.

Rostov EXPO Exhibition Center is a member of the Rostov region Chamber of Commerce and Industry and it effects close cooperation with the Rostov Region Administration, personnel of the Authorized Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Southern Federal District, Ministry of General and Professional Education of Rostov region, Ministry of Public Health of Rostov region and the Russian Dental Association (StAR).

In March 2005 the Rostov EXPO Exhibition Center became official partner of the Russian Center of International Scientific and Cultural Co-operation under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (Roszarubezhcenter). One of the key directions of the activity under this partnership is cultural and informational activity in the form of musical festivals, contests, art and photo exhibitions, weeks of Russian culture, workshops, and organization of performances by creative ensembles and well-know people of art in Russia and abroad.

The most significant events organized by the Rostov EXPO Exhibition Center are: annual educational festival of the Don region “Education. Career. Business”, annual forum of dentists “Dentistry of Today”, medical forum “C-CLUB”, specialized exhibition of stationary, office accessories, furniture and souvenirs “Stationary and Office of Today”.

Total number of the exhibition and contest visitors constitutes on average 5 to 15 thousand specialists.

Among the partners and customers of the company belong the largest Russian and foreign manufacturing and supplying companies working in various field of the national economy.

Exhibitions are accompanied by congresses, thematic seminars, conferences and other programs and events that are conducted concurrently at the highest level with the participation of representatives of ministries and agencies of the Russian Federation.    

Mass advertising campaign developed by the experienced specialists of the Company’s Advertising Department ensures successful conduct of exhibitions.

The Rostov EXPO Exhibition Center collaborates with the Vertol Expo Exhibition Center, the biggest one in Rostov-on-Don. The activity of the Rostov EXPO Exhibition Center is oriented towards the advanced technologies in the field of exhibition business.
